Kushi Institute July 31st- Aug 4th 2016 Summer Conference

Good day fellow friends,

Today I write to you with the anticipation that we are finding ourselves in the full light of this day grateful.

We have exciting opportunities ahead within the end of July and beginning of August to come together and share in our healthy living practices.

The Kushi Institute, Beckett, NY is hosting their Summer Conference 2016  July 31st- August 14th.

Events will be on-going throughout the day and include several wonderful presenters.  This is a great opportunity to come and be with a community of people with a shared pathway to supporting their health with macrobiotic lifestyle.  

The conference includes: lectures, cooking demonstrations, music, dance, yoga and much more.

*Other Notable Presenters:  Michael Marcus- Founder and owner of BIZEN restaurant Great Barrington NY- hosting a cooking demo The Way of Sushi on August 4th.  Also, Karen Arp-Sandel will be leading a Hatha Yoga session on August 8th not to missed.
