His website <a style=\"color: #000000;\" title=\"Mooji\" href=\"https:\/\/mooji.org\/\">here<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">One book that is helping me that I really have connected with the author is a book called <em>Yoga for the Wounded Heart.\u00a0 A Journey, Philosophy, and Practice of Healing Emotional Pain<\/em>\u00a0by Tatiana Forero Puerta.\u00a0 This book shares to her own upbringing with experiences of trauma how it affected her mind and whole spirit threatening her life to move forward.\u00a0 Through yoga she found the guide to her mind and heart to healing.\u00a0 There are so many wonderful passages in this book and there is nothing like finding your voice in an author with an author who can bring out what you feel so your less alone.\u00a0 She shares to teachings of yoga, her own contributions in reflection and speaks the voice of knowing that is real.\u00a0 The vulnerability and wisdom from her lived experience feels like a friend there for you to help.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">You can find her book <a style=\"color: #000000;\" title=\"Yoga for the Wounded Heart\" href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Yoga-Wounded-Heart-Philosophy-Emotional-ebook\/dp\/B07CG41QNR\">here<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Yoga principles and teachings\u00a0 Ive been turning to with physical practice and study to help support calm and quiet the mind.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sivananda Ashram Yoga Ranch you can find <a style=\"color: #000000;\" title=\"Sivananda Yoga Ranch\" href=\"https:\/\/sivanandayogaranch.org\/\">here<\/a>\u00a0located in New York founded in 1974 by Swami Vishnudevananda.\u00a0 They have retreats on-going to get a chance to experience yogi lifestyle, provide Karma Yoga and learn of the Vendanta philosophy and practices to yoga, deep breathing and positive mind exercises while in nature and company of people in community of caring gentle support.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A book that I am following to is <em>To Know Your Self\u00a0 The Essential Teachings of Swami Satchidanada.<\/em> Sri Swami Satchidanada (Existence-Knowledge- Bliss) is a yoga spiritual master who inspirations extended from master Sivananda and from which he provided practice and interfaith approach to yoga called Integral Yoga.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">You can find his book <a style=\"color: #000000;\" title=\"Swami Satchidananda book\" href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Know-Your-Self-Essential-Satchidananda\/dp\/0932040616\">here<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">These resources have been a companion to me these days and I hope it serves as an opportunity to connect for you to whatever space you are in.
