\"\"<\/a>Good day to you.\u00a0 I write this entry atop a mountain surrounded in a valley of beautiful auburn, golden yellow and bright pint hues of the autumn season.\u00a0 The changing colors of the leaves that I have witnessed over the past week has been one of the most beautiful I have had my eyes be blessed to see.<\/p>\n

I have sat with my computer, facing a large window overlooking\u00a0the trees and watched the trees slowly sway and as they do the leaves hold to their branches until then fall\u00a0in their own dance\u00a0making their way\u00a0to the ground.\u00a0\u00a0When I step outside thousands are beneath my feet.\u00a0 Some\u00a0whose colors are still\u00a0vibrant and others\u00a0with spots of brown and black.\u00a0 \u00a0I can not help but reflect on how each leaf is natures reflection to what we all experience as part of life: change.<\/p>\n

Nothing stays the same.\u00a0 Change is always happening.\u00a0 Each leaf describes so beautifully what we are all experiencing internally and externally as we engage in life.\u00a0 We are changing.\u00a0 We are transforming from one phase of “self” to another all the time.\u00a0 Not a day goes by that we are not in some little and small way no longer the same as we were the day before.<\/p>\n

From our cellular level our bodies are in a constant process of renew and decay, of revitalizing and shedding, of building and breaking down.\u00a0\u00a0 It is a natural part of our processes as human beings just as much as other matter of life.\u00a0 So how can our acknowledgement of this inevitability inspire us into a new day?<\/p>\n

We can take this reality and use it as a catalyst to say to ourselves that as much as this moment of our lives may seem so very really and\u00a0feel as if it defines us it doesn’t.\u00a0 We can renew our passion to seek out life\u00a0within the\u00a0stages of our physical and mental challenges and declare ourselves in a constant state of change.\u00a0 We can use this as a form of liberation\u00a0and declare\u00a0ourselves free of whatever imposed or self-imposed description of our state of being may be limiting our vision and ask ourselves to\u00a0reflect anew.<\/p>\n

When we do so we are acting with courage.\u00a0 We are taking ownership for our own happiness whatever we may face.\u00a0\u00a0This form of processing\u00a0can be done in little\u00a0ways.\u00a0 Perhaps its taking the opportunity to write\u00a0a short bio of who we\u00a0are\u00a0and\u00a0highlight\u00a0what makes us proud of ourselves.\u00a0 It\u00a0can be a purge of things collected, items that no longer serve\u00a0us towards\u00a0our greatest good and open space in our physical environment.<\/p>\n

It\u00a0may\u00a0be as simple as\u00a0choosing a different word or phrase to\u00a0describe yourself on that very day you have a meeting with someone who is asking about you.\u00a0 Whatever form it takes, make it be something that personalizes to you this reflection- that you are accepting of change and welcoming of it and within this you are\u00a0declaring your\u00a0ownership of this inevitability as an opportunity to redefine your self.<\/p>\n

Life is full of opportunities to give ourselves a courageous new start.\u00a0\u00a0Change is\u00a0growth, change is an opportunity to enjoy the dance and experience each day with a stronger appreciation for ourselves at every stage of our development.<\/p>\n

So take change to heart and make it your own, choose to act with confidence and courage about this moment of your life knowing tomorrow will inevitable be completely different.\u00a0 You are ever growing, ever changing.<\/p>\n
