and do likewise with ourselves.<\/p>\n<p>Small steps towards inviting spring\u00a0can begin in\u00a0our daily lives with our environment, home and\u00a0the incorporation of\u00a0seasonal support for our internal organs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Look, Listen and Watch for Beginnings<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Staying closer to our even pace within our day can be done by deliberately stopping and observing the season.\u00a0 Even as you may struggle to venture out from the cozy indoors a short walk amongst the neighborhood may open yourself to the season.\u00a0 You may find more of your neighbors about, children at play and the opportunity to look up rather than down buried beneath a weighted coat just what you needed.<\/p>\n<p>Take in the sounds that remind you of spring.\u00a0 Now you may hear more birds in the morning as you wake.\u00a0 Perhaps the rain against your window pane or the wind&#8217;s movement of the trees which have now been freed from their snow coats.\u00a0Everything\u00a0is being fed by\u00a0the rich color of its green beginnings.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Color me Green<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The spring season has its element in wood and its color green.\u00a0 With such comes the opportunity to invite more &#8220;green&#8221;.\u00a0 Breath in all the green of\u00a0the trees\u00a0and exhale all the build up of accumulation in your lungs from dormancy.\u00a0 Green feeds the 5th chakra of the heart.\u00a0 &#8220;Think of a rich green meadow, and as you draw in your breath, inhale the green of the grasses directly into your heart&#8221;
