{"id":1064,"date":"2013-11-24T09:00:06","date_gmt":"2013-11-24T14:00:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/safaraf.com\/?p=1064"},"modified":"2013-11-23T22:21:14","modified_gmt":"2013-11-24T03:21:14","slug":"being-gentle-with-yourself","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/safaraf.com\/?p=1064","title":{"rendered":"Being Gentle With Yourself"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/safaraf.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/be-gentle-with-yourself.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-1066\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/safaraf.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/be-gentle-with-yourself-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a>When we are hurting and in pain with our health condition we really want relief to come as soon as possible.\u00a0 It is perfectly natural, we seek the quickest way to our finding our way out of what makes our bodies uncomfortable.<\/p>\n<p>To encourage ourselves to move in this direction, at times we put pressure on ourselves often unconsciously to make this happen.\u00a0 When we do, we upset our bodies own process to find its own way, in its own time to heal and create the opportunity to be free of our pain.<\/p>\n<p>Our bodies work around the clock to function at an optimal level.\u00a0 The steps we take mentally and physically to encourage this process is important.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mentally<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Being kind to yourself with your thought-filled actions is the first step in this direction.\u00a0 The words we use when we describe our condition registers with every cell in our body.\u00a0 Our bodies take clues from us as to how we visualize ourselves and act accordingly.<\/p>\n<p>If we remark repetitively in conversations with ourselves and others about our upset with our bodies;
