It\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s not a big discovery, when you really think about it, common sense tells you so, and so I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122m not here to tell you to eat your veggies. What I am suggesting is juicing them! Yup, its been a wonderful addition to my life for the past two years now. It\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s a wonderful way, especially if you are undergoing a flare to give your bowels a break. Each day it also gives your body a wonderful cocktail of vitamins and minerals that give you a boost in your day and fill your red blood cells with wonderful chlorophyll and power packed nutrients. I mix my juice with my protein shake in the morning and when I am pressed for time, it goes in my Blender Bottle which I think are one of the best inventions of my lifetime. Pack in the greens- kale, collars, spinach<br \/>\n2. Pack in the electrolytes &#8211; celery<br \/>\n3. Pack in the vitamin A, C \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcs, carotene- cucumber, red pepper<br \/>\n4. Add a bit of a good protein shake- hemp, pea, brown rice with some stevia for a touch of sweetness<br \/>\n5. Add some green algae, spirulina, barley grass<br \/>\n6. Enjoy it with a consciousness of the good you are doing for yourself, with appreciation<\/p>\n<p>Know that every effort you make to infuse your cells with more chlorophyll is another way of providing lasting energy and the good stuff our body needs to be as good to us as it can be.
