{"id":1483,"date":"2015-06-21T09:00:30","date_gmt":"2015-06-21T13:00:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/safaraf.com\/?p=1483"},"modified":"2015-06-21T09:07:42","modified_gmt":"2015-06-21T13:07:42","slug":"welcome-the-season-welcome-change","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/safaraf.com\/?p=1483","title":{"rendered":"Welcome the Season , Welcome Change"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/safaraf.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/spring-to-summer.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright size-thumbnail wp-image-1485\" src=\"http:\/\/safaraf.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/spring-to-summer-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a>Dear Blog readers, I reminisce to say that I have skipped a week on my bi-monthly blogging&#8230;as such I am going to send two out this week.\u00a0 Here is todays, on this first day of Summer.\u00a0\u00a0 Another to follow this week will feature specifics on Summer tips- food, nutrition, healthy living practices to open yourself up\u00a0and invite the\u00a0season.<\/p>\n<p>Today as we take our time to find ourselves enjoying this Sunday, the first of Summer we can take inventory of our spring season&#8217;s passing and the beginnings of what is yet to be.\u00a0 As we do we can consider what has come and gone with a fresh and open acceptance of the beauty that lies within the impermanent\u00a0nature of life.\u00a0 We can take note of how the seasons reflect such and what can be gained when we take in and let go.<\/p>\n<p>Each season is a reflection of this and how both are essential in the balance of our lives.\u00a0 As we move from spring to summer,\u00a0new light comes into our\u00a0day.\u00a0\u00a0The season\u00a0promises bold and warming energy.\u00a0 This new light filters through the trees and reaches us in ways that have never happened before in the year.\u00a0 We can welcome this light and take it in while at the same time be mindful of what is no longer with us.\u00a0 This new light energy is symbolic of the passing of dark into light.\u00a0 It is reflected also in the flowers that have had their beautiful unfolding and have now died.\u00a0 How grateful we can be for this very aspect of nature.<\/p>\n<p>When we cling to what we perceive as permanent we take away from the true nature of life as it exists for us to enjoy.\u00a0 Nature reflects to us how &#8220;nothing stays the same&#8221;;
